I will maintain strict confidentiality, ensuring that all information shared by you, the client is kept private, with a few exceptions such as when required by law or when there’s a potential harm to you or others.

I will obtain informed consent from you regarding the coaching process, including my coaching relationship, fees, and the nature of the coaching.

I will establish and maintain clear, appropriate, and healthy boundaries with all clients. I will avoid dual relationships that might compromise objectivity or create conflicts of interest.

I will provide coaching services within the boundaries of my competence and qualifications. I continually seek professional development to enhance my skills.

I will act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times. This includes being transparent about coaching qualifications and experience.

I treat all clients with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or values. I do not discriminate in any way. The well being of my clients is paramount. 

If it becomes clear that coaching is no longer beneficial to you, the client, I may terminate the coaching relationship ethically and, if appropriate, refer you to another professional who can better meet your needs.
